Fitness is Life

DiHard Fitness is a very casual atmosphere for challenging workouts. The Classes are held in a Large Studio on the bottom floor of The Mills Building.  There is a private personal training studio for one on one attention.

Classes included are: TRX, Bosu AEROROPES, Bootcamp, Boxing, Kickbox, Hardcore Cardio, Trx RIP Training, Row, Body Rock, Spinning, PlyoPower and Zumba , TABATA, WaterRow, Burn Classes and more!

PERSONAL TRAINING

It’s More than Muscle

Join one of our trainers for a 30 min or hour session of unique exercises to tighten and strengthen your body. We will help you build muscle , get stronger , lose weight and tone up! Each program is made for your individual needs to make you feel your BEST
$80 for 3 (30 min) sessions
$150 for 5 (30 min) sessions 
$250 for 5 (60 min) sessions

TRX TRAINING

Use your body as a Tool

TRX is a specialized form of suspension training that uses your body weight for resistance. At DiHard we have 30 suspension trainers which are used in large group exercise classes, small groups and one on ones. We teach to every level so whether you are a novice or a pro TRX everyone benefits!

Small Group Training

Go For It!

Our Small Groups are geared to help those that want individual attention without the cost of a one on one training or being in a large group setting. We offer TRX, Row , Backroom Circuit, Box and Weight Training . $12 per person (drop in)

Our Monthly Unlimited Package allows you the freedom to take as many DiHard Classes daily or weekly as you desire! (does not include our Small Group Classes) your package expires on the date of the following month in which you purchased.

CLASS PASSES

$120 for 15 Classes

$90 for 10 Classes

$55 for  Classes

We offer a class package of 15 Classes for $120 which boils down to $8 a class!! Mindbody will deduct a class off your package for each class you sign up for. Remember to remove your name off the list if you can not make it . You will be charged for missed classes.

DROP IN FEE

We believe in making Fitness Fun and Affordable! If you choose to drop into a DiHard Class you need to sign up to reserve your spot at the time of arrival you can pay in the office. Cash or Check only please.
